Hi Friends! Mrs. Hubbert and I decided that we wanted to take a trip out to Las Vegas. We both wanted to see The Hover Dam, and I wanted to visit The University of Nevada, Las Vegas. The Campus was so big, and beautiful. It’s definitely one of my top choices for College when I get older.
Mrs. Hubbert and I woke up early on one of the days we were in Las Vegas, and took a bike ride to The Hover Dam. It boarders between Nevada, and Arizona, and is used for food, flood control, and water storage.
While we were at UNLV, The President of the United States of America, Barack Obama was giving a speech on the campus. We got to see, and hear him speak, I had never seen, or heard a President speak in person. I must say it was one thing I crossed off of my bucket list.
