Hi Friends! Mrs. Hubbert, and I just got back from beautiful Aspen. We had so much fun snowboarding, eating delicious food, and hanging out at the Aspen Art Museum.

Our first stop was Snowmass mountain where we went snowboarding. I had never been on a snowboard, only skiing. It was quite difficult at first, but then I got the hang of it…talk about a workout.
While we were in Aspen we also made a stop at the Aspen Art Museum. We saw so many cool things, I even made a new friend. His name was Ollie The Octopus. 🙂
After visiting the museum we worked up an appetite. We decided to go to Matsuhisa Aspen for some sushi, and dessert. Check out the dessert we got. It is shaved ice (like a snow cone, only better), strawberry syrup, condensed milk, and vanilla ice cream at the bottom…talk about yummy!!
