Wellie goes to Chicago

Brrrr! Chicago sure was cold. Mrs. Hubbert and I went in the month of December, and we had to be sure to pack our hats, jackets, and gloves. While we were visiting Chicago we saw Millennium Park. In the middle of the park it had a giant silver bean!

While we were there we stumbled upon a Christmas market where they had different types of Christmas foods (I ate the fruit cake), and Christmas ornaments. My favorite were the nut cracker ornaments. I also got the chance to go ice skating for the very first time. I was nervous in the beginning, but once I got the hang of it, I was a pro. 😉

We loved Chicago, and can’t wait to go back and visit. Next time we will take Holly, and Mr. Ben 🙂

Love,

Wellie
